4. Champions Court Global Business Agency

The above entities are not authorized to transact on behalf of the Philippine government. According to the Department of Justice, the people behind the above entities are using fake documents in committing their fraudulent activities.

The Department of Trade and Industry, Government Procurement Policy Board, Department of Finance and the National Bureau of Investigation are conducting investigations.
