Application for a visa must be done personally. Minor applicants, except infants, shall be required to appear in person, together with the person making the application for the minor.
IMPORTANT: Every visa application has to be evaluated. Therefore, acceptance of the application does not mean approval. 
Requirements for application of visa for visits to the Philippines for pleasure of nationals listed below, for a stay of more than 30 days:
1. Personal appearance of the applicant. Minor applicants (below 18 years old must be accompanied by either parent)
2. Duly accomplished visa application form (FA Form No. 2)
3. Original and photocopy of valid passport with at least six (6) months validity 
4. Proof of financial capability (Bank statement, NOT a withdrawal or balance slip from an ATM machine)
5. Original and photocopy of ID
6. Travel itinerary supported by airline tickets 
7. Booking reference or invitation letter
8. Two passport size photographs taken within six months of the time of application 
9. Non-refundable application fee (€27,00 for Italian citizens, €36,00 for non-Italians).  
10. Other documents as may be required by the Consular Officer

Nationals from the enumerated countries are allowed to obtain visa-upon-entry in the Philippines without visas for a stay not exceeding thirty (30) days, provided they hold valid airplane tickets for their return to port of origin or next port of destination; and a passport with at least 6 months validity.
Applicants from other countries other than those listed above, are advised to call or proceed to the Visa Section of the Philippine Consulate General for further information on the visa process.

La richiesta di Visto deve essere presentata personalmente. I richiedenti minorenni, eccetto i neonati, devono recarsi al Consolatoinsieme alla persona che presenta la richiesta in loro vece.
Di seguito, i requisiti inerenti la richiesta di Visto turistico (permanenza superiore a 30 giorni) per i cittadini appartenenti ai Paesi enumerati di sotto:
1. Aspetto personale del richiedente. I candidati minori devono essere accompagnati da entrambi i genitori.
2. Modulo debitamente compilato (Modulo FA n. 2) 
3. Passaporto in corso di validità di almeno 6 mesi (originale e fotocopia) 
4. Ultimo saldo bancario nominativo 
5. Carta di Identità (originale e fotocopia) 
6. Copia dell’itinerario di viaggio supportato da un biglietto aereo 
7. Prenotazione alberghiera/lettera di invito 
8. Due fotografie formato Passaporto (scattate nei sei mesi precedenti la richiesta di Visto) 
9. Euro 27,00 per tassa consolare 
10. Altri documenti potrebbero essere richiesti dal Funzionario Consolare

Ai cittadini dei summenzionati Paesi è permesso ottenere un Visto all’arrivo nel caso di permanenza non superiore a 30 giorni se in possesso di un biglietto aereo valido verso il porto di origine o verso il prossimo porto di destinazione e di un Passaporto in corso di validità di almeno 6 mesi.
