Mestre, Venice, Italy --- On 15 September 2018, the Philippine Consulate General in Milan conducted its mobile consular service in Mestre, the center and most populated urban area of Venice.
Representatives of the Overseas Workers’ Welfare Administration, Pag-IBIG Fund and Social Security System joined the mobile team of Milan PCG for this activity, which was held at the Parrocchia di San Giuseppe Viale S. Marco, 170, 30173 Mestre.
The team attended to applications for passports, civil registry and notarials. More than 230 applicants were served during the mission.
The mobile consular mission in Mestre was organized in collaboration with the Comunita Filippina di Venezia Mestre e Terraferma, headed by its president Mr. Darwin Gutierrez. Don Luigi Ramazzoti of the Filipino Chaplaincy of Venice and Mestre likewise assisted the team during the Consular service.
