Bologna, Italy - On 7-8 September 2019, the Philippine Consulate General in Milan conducted its second mobile consular service in Bologna, capital of Emilia-Romagna, where the second largest population of Filipinos in Northern Italy reside.

Representatives of the Philippine Overseas Labor Officer (POLO) Overseas Workers’ Welfare Administration (OWWA), Pag-IBIG Fund and Social Security System (SSS) joined the mobile team of Milan PCG for this activity, which was held at theCentro Interculturale Zonarelli, Via Sacco 14, Bologna.

The team attended to requests for passports, civil registration, notarials and ATN. Over 900 applications for various services from almost 400 applicants were processed during the mission.        

The mobile consular mission was organized in collaboration with the Federation of Filipino Associations Bologna (FEDFAB) headed by its president Mr. Virgilio Cesario. Former presidents and other officers of FEDFAB and volunteer members assisted the team all throughout the mobile service.

On the sidelines of the mobile consular service, a case was attended to by the ATN Officer on 7 September 2019.
