NCCA Chairman Visits Milan
The Chairman of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) Virgilio S. Almario visited Milan on 26-27 May 2018. He was in Italy from 23 to 29 May 2018 on the occasion of the launching of the Philippine Pavilion at the 2018 Venice Biennale.
While in Milan, Chairman Almario met with leaders of the Filipino community (Filcom) at the Philippine Consulate General where he lauded the efforts of Filcom organizations in helping impart knowledge about PHL culture and language to the new generation of Filipinos abroad.
He exchanged ideas with the participants on how best to promote PHL culture and language with the support of the Philippine Consulate General in Milan through the Sentro Rizal.
