The Consulate General does not process applications for NBI clearance. The Consulate General only facilitates the affixing of the applicant's fingerprints in the NBI Fingerprint Card Form which must be sent to the NBI in Manila.

Requirements:

>Duly-accomplished NBI application form

>Duly-accomplished SPA (if NBI processing is done by someone other than the applicant in the Philippines)

>Personal appearance of applicant

>One (1) two-by-two colored or black and white ID photo, TAKEN WITHIN THE LAST THREE (3) MONTHS

>Original and one (1) photocopy of the data page of valid passport

>Fee of €25,00 for NBI application and €25,00 for SPA, where applicable
